  • CUI / CIF: 53152662
  • Registration number: F2025052110008

2. The RealText service

RealText provides course, assignment, writing, submission, replay, telemetry, feedback, grading and notification functions for educational use.

Exact functions, capacity, support and availability may depend on the institution's subscription, package and separate service agreement.

3. Accounts and institutional access

  • Users must provide accurate information and protect their sign-in credentials and one-time codes.
  • Institution administrators and instructors are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and course access.
  • A user must not access another person's account or attempt to bypass session, course or submission restrictions.
  • Users must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

4. Educational use and assessment

Writing-process telemetry, replay and factual statistics provide context for educational assessment. They do not independently prove misconduct and must not replace professional teacher review.

RealText does not perform AI-based student classification or automated grading and does not automatically determine disciplinary consequences. Institutions and instructors remain responsible for grading rules, disciplinary procedures, transparency towards students and the lawful use of exported or analysed information.

5. User content and intellectual property

  • Users retain their rights in text, submissions and uploaded content they create, subject to the institution's applicable rules.
  • Users grant the provider the limited right to store, process, display and technically transform content solely as necessary to provide and secure the service.
  • Users must not upload unlawful material, malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • The RealText software, branding, interface and provider-created materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

6. Acceptable use

  • The service must not be used to attack systems, scrape restricted data, impersonate another person or interfere with other users.
  • Automated high-volume access, reverse engineering and circumvention of technical limits are prohibited except where mandatory law expressly permits them.
  • Users must comply with applicable educational, privacy, copyright and academic-integrity rules.

7. Availability, maintenance and changes

The provider aims to maintain reliable availability but may perform maintenance, security updates or emergency changes.

Functions may be modified when necessary for security, legal compliance, compatibility or product development. Material contractual changes will be communicated appropriately.

8. Fees and subscriptions

Prices, payment terms, package limits, renewal, cancellation and support conditions are determined by the applicable order, subscription or institutional agreement.

Where mandatory consumer-law withdrawal or guarantee rights apply, they remain unaffected by these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended when necessary to address security risks, unpaid contractual obligations, unlawful use or material breach of these Terms.

On termination, data export and deletion are handled according to the applicable agreement, Privacy Notice, legal obligations and configured retention period.

10. Liability

The service supports but does not replace educational and professional judgment. The provider is not responsible for grading or disciplinary decisions made solely by an institution or instructor.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any contractual limitation must be interpreted subject to mandatory Romanian and European Union law.

11. Consumer complaints and alternative dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to info@dreamdev.hu. Consumers may also consult the Romanian alternative dispute resolution information and the European Union consumer redress information below.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law that applies to them.

Disputes are submitted to the competent courts unless mandatory law or a valid agreement provides another forum.

13. Contact and changes

Questions concerning the service or these Terms may be sent to info@dreamdev.hu.

The current version and effective date are published on this page. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
